24/7 Access

Our staff is happy to allow access to your staff whenever you need it. We generally require a minimum of 1 hour notice and we can only allow admittance to your staff if they are on our 'Security Cleared List'. If they are not on our list we will need an email from the company owner or IT Manager in charge explaining you are allowing a third party access to your equipment. This is then followed up by a phone call to ensure that everything is correct and above board.
